With a Pre-Crusher A PC continuous flakes are made into pieces.

The crushing takes place with counter rotating grinding rollers which are either equipped with bars or discs.

  • First crushing stage before granulation
  • Preliminary crushing of flakes
  • Crushing of "plates" on particle sizes < 30 mm
  • Dust-free coarse crushing
  • Make clumped materials free flowing

  • Roller diameter: 300 mm
  • Working width of 200 to 800 mm
  • Drive unit of 2 x 1.5 kW to 2 x 15 kW
  • Hardened break-off pins (construction -P)
  • Task welded break-off discs (construction -D)
  • Throughput capacity of 1 – 120 t/h
