Every offer and quotation issued by Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft includes our terms of business. These terms of business apply to all commissions and assignments issued by Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft in as far as the contracting parties have not explicitly excluded this in the written contract.
