Plastic industrial waste is recycled on a large scale. The regrind is returned to the plastics processor by type or sent for regranulation. This is a good thing, because this is not a waste material, but a valuable substance. To further improve the circular economy of plastic waste, for example, effective shredding and processing technology is required.
Hosokawa Alpine, the manufacturer of shredding machines, has developed a shredder cutting mill that produces regrind of a defined size. This flexible solution was put to the test for the first time at the MG Plast GmbH company – with great success.
